If you have received your order and wish to return software, please contact us immediately upon received software..
This way we may track your return and process any request faster. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) on the outside of the box.

For Download Software
We're sorry to inform that we cannot accept returns on download keycodes unless the code is defective. This situation may caused further investigation from both side, our expert technical support and Manufacture.
It may usually take up to 2 days to get confirmation from us.
Due to the nature of the software business and very strict manufacturer's return policies, we rarely take back opened software.
Sometimes we can exchange open software if you reply to our "non-use" email stating you have not installed, registered or activated the software.
Finally, if license has been used, there is no option for returning and get refund, as warranty for software license will be void.

Ordering Errors
If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake please contact us immediately or email us. State your Order ID, so we may look up your item swiftly.
As long as the item still in its original condition, buyer shall provide the return at their own expenses.

Incorrect Shipments
If your shipment arrived incorrect, call Customer Service at 415-799-7789 or send us message at contact us section for returns form and we will ship you the correct item.
